Our Story
Nate and Dan met while attending Bay Path High School, in Charlton, Massachusetts. After high school, Nate went to Worcester Polytechnic Institute where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Aerospace Engineering. During this time, Dan obtained his Master Electrician’s license. Although they took very different paths after graduating, it was quite certain that they both would at some point “make their mark”.
Nate came across a book about real estate investing, which changed the way he thought about his career and finances. That was the beginning of a lifelong passionate drive to learn as much about the subject as possible. He was good friends with Dan, and although they hadn’t had much contact after high school he knew that Dan shared his same drive to succeed. Nate invited Dan to a local real estate investment seminar, and he was hooked. They formed a partnership and committed to building a business. They knew they had to start somewhere; so they just jumped right in and decided to make their dream a reality.
